We provide free remote desktop support for the first installation of the Indicator Automater (MT4/MT5) after the purchase (you need to request this within 14 days of the purchase). General live chat and support ticket/email support is available thereafter.

However, if you need further remote desktop support beyond the above scope on any automation, we can provide the same at an additional fee as given above.

Please note the terms & conditions on this service:

  • A single session can be up to 30 minutes only.
  • We can provide support for maximum 4 indicators per session.
  • There is no guarantee that your indicators will work with the Automater or not.
  • We do not offer refunds on this payment as this payment is for our time and effort only.
  • Support will be provided using Anydesk or Ammy Admin software.
  • We provide text chat support only (no voice support) via Telegram or WhatsApp.
